Refund Requests

To request a refund within 30 days of your first payment:

How do I reset my password?

Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Account and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I access old certificates after 365 days?

No, certificates are automatically deleted after 365 days. Make sure to download any important certificates within that timeframe.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! The app uses your device's GPS to capture coordinates without cell signal. You'll need an internet connection later to download and email the certificate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Business Hours

We respond to emails within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Support requests submitted on weekends will be answered on the following Monday.
